2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our website or authorized representatives.
  • Prices are listed in Euro and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and offer book and pay later in cash.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

For Day Tours & Activities:

  • Cancellations made 3 days or more before the tour date: Full refund minus processing fees.
  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the tour date: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the tour date: No refund.

For Multi-Day Tours & Hotel Bookings:

  • Cancellation policies vary depending on the provider. Specific terms will be outlined in the booking confirmation.
  • No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.

4. Changes & Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, force majeure events).
  • Customers may request changes to their bookings, subject to availability and possible modification fees.

5. Travel Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents.
  • Some tours may have specific physical requirements. Customers should assess their fitness levels before booking.
  • We are not responsible for delays, missed connections, or losses due to third-party services (e.g., airlines, hotels).

6. Liability & Disclaimer

  • Epic Turkey Travel acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party providers (hotels, transport companies, tour operators, etc.).
  • We are not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, loss of personal belongings, or damages occurring during tours or activities.
  • While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee that all website content is free from errors.
